Frequently asked questions

How pricing and billing work, how often we visit, what happens if your dog is outside, which areas we cover, and how service works for commercial properties.

Questions we get a lot

Do I need to be home?

For your first visit, yes — we'll need you home to walk us through the yard and get gate access set up. After that, you're free to come and go. We text before and after every visit.

How often do you come out?

Weekly or every other week. Weekly suits most households, especially with more than one dog or a smaller yard. Every other week works well for a single dog with plenty of space.

What happens if my dog is outside when you arrive?

We never enter the yard while your dog is outside, and we coordinate around your dog's schedule so it rarely comes up. Your pet's safety comes first, with no exceptions.

What do you do with the waste?

All waste is collected and double-bagged for sanitation and odor control, then left in your bin. If you'd rather we took it away with us, our Haul Away add-on does exactly that — just ask and we'll price it in.

How much does pet waste removal cost?

Pricing depends on how many dogs you have and how often you want us out. Weekly service starts at $100 a month for one or two dogs, and every-other-week service starts at $70 a month. Larger households are priced by the number of dogs.

How does billing work?

We bill monthly via invoice. You can pay online by credit card. No contracts — pause or cancel anytime.

Can I add or remove dogs from my plan?

Absolutely. Just text or email us and we'll adjust your rate right away.

What areas do you serve?

Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy, Roxborough and East Falls in Philadelphia, plus Ardmore, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Narberth, Gladwyne and Glenside on the Main Line. If you are nearby but not on the list, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Commercial and multi-unit properties

Do we need to buy the bag dispensers and trash cans?

No. We provide, install, and maintain all equipment as part of your service plan. If anything breaks, we replace it.

How often do you service the stations?

We customize the schedule based on your property's needs. Most communities choose weekly or bi-weekly service, which includes bag restocking, liner changes, and waste removal.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. We believe in earning your business every visit, so you can adjust or cancel at any time.

How many stations does my property need?

That depends on the size of your property and where residents actually walk their dogs. During our free walkthrough we'll recommend the right number and placement.

Which areas do you cover for commercial properties?

We serve commercial properties throughout the greater Philadelphia area. Call us to confirm availability for your property.
